“ First time visiting this restaurant, and it was quite busy, usually a good sign! Even though the food took a little while to arrive (understandably, given how packed it was), everything was worth the wait. The dishes were full of flavour and beautifully cooked. We ordered the Lamb Shank, Saag Paneer, and Naan all delicious. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to! ”

“ Wonderful tonight indulged with delicious Indian food. Floor staff is friendly and professionally assisted us with placing order. Plates were also changed between entree and main. Toilets are clean and tidy. We started the night aloo tikki chat - the acidity of the plate make my mouth watered and opened up for the main. We ordered Chicken Vindaloo, Lamb Shank (Nalli Gosht) and a vegetarian dish with cottage cheese, pairing them with naan and jeera rice. I personally enjoyed the lamb shank the best, the richness and sweetness is beautiful. Vindaloo has strong tomato favour, blending acidity and spiciness. The masala soda is refreshing. Good to have a spot of Indian food around Green Square area, will definitely go back. ”

“ New local place that is big on flavour and taste. Lots of space in the restaurant and it is starting to fill up as the locals start to find out about it. Everything can be made mild, medium or spicy so a level of heat for everyone, and for those asking, Medium is an agreeable level of spice at this place. Staff are friendly which just adds to the local atmosphere. Giving 4 stars only because the cost to portion size ratio of the food. Overall, looking forward to coming back and working through the menu! ”

“ We’ve visited this “Indian kitchen” a few times before, but it had been a while, so we figured it was time to return and shake things up a bit with something different in the area. The restaurant was reasonably quiet—it was early on a Tuesday night in the middle of school holidays—but once they added some music, the atmosphere felt quite pleasant. Here’s what we ordered: • Butter Chicken • Prawn Masala • Goat Curry • Garlic Naan • Cheese Naan • Basmati Rice • Mango Chutney • Yoghurt • Kingfisher Beer • Sparkling Water We asked for everything to be cooked at a medium heat level. The butter chicken—a staple Aussie favorite—did not disappoint. My partner polished this off quickly since it was her pick. I opted for the goat curry and prawn masala, and both were fantastic. The prawn masala was a standout—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The goat curry was tender and delicious, though I have to say it didn’t quite beat my ex-mother-in-law’s version! The naan was spot on—soft, buttery, and perfect for soaking up the sauces. I did wonder if it might’ve had a better flavor with a touch of smokiness—maybe it wasn’t cooked in a traditional tandoor? Either way, it hit the spot. The portions were generous, and we intentionally over-ordered so we could take some home. I’m happy to report that the goat curry made for an excellent breakfast the next morning! The staff were friendly, and the service was prompt—our food arrived without much wait. We lingered for a while (stuffed) after the meal before eventually asking for takeaway containers. $6 for sparkling water was a bit steep but I understand business and needing to be profitable. We tipped and left happy, and we’ll definitely be back again soon! ”
